When you submit the intake form, the newsletter form, the "Ask The Verdict MD" form, or a downloadable resource request, we collect the name, firm, email, phone, and case-summary text you provide. We do not request, and you should not submit, patient-identifying information or protected health information (PHI) through this website.

How information is used

Intake submissions are used to perform a conflict check and evaluate whether the practice can assist with your case. Newsletter emails are used solely to deliver The Verdict Brief. Question submissions may inform future educational content but are never published with identifying information.
